EUCHNER ESM-TE301-05S Contact Expansion with Fixed 0.5 s Delay
The EUCHNER ESM-TE301-05S (order no. 097223) is the fixed-delay version of the ESM-TE301 time-delayed contact expansion. Its three safety contacts open exactly 0.5 seconds after the basic module trips, with no potentiometer. It suits applications that need a short, repeatable offset between shutdown stages, such as letting a drive’s controlled stop begin before the power contactors drop out. Because the delay is factory-set, it can’t be changed by accident.
3 Delayed Safety Contacts + 1 Auxiliary Contact
It has three redundant, positively driven safety contacts (17/18, 27/28, 37/38) with the fixed 0.5 s delay, plus one auxiliary monitoring contact. An ESM basic module drives it, and it is rated Category 3 / PL d to EN ISO 13849-1 (PFHd 1.03 x 10⁻⁷).
Low Power, Compact
It draws 1.5 W at 24 V DC, and the cumulative current is max. 10.5 A across all contacts.
