EUCHNER ESM-BA301 Safety Relay, 3 Safety Contacts + 1 Auxiliary Contact
The EUCHNER ESM-BA301 (order no. 085613) is the ESM-BA3 basic module for machines that need more than two switched safety circuits. It provides three redundant safety contacts and one auxiliary monitoring contact, reaches Category 4 / PL e to EN ISO 13849-1, and runs on 24 V AC/DC.
Extra Safety Contact Plus a Signalling Contact
Compared with the two-contact ESM-BA201, the ESM-BA301 adds a third positively driven safety contact. It also has a floating auxiliary contact that can report relay status to the PLC. The safety contacts are rated AC-15 250 V / 3 A, DC-13 24 V / 3 A and DC-12 40 V / 8 A (resistive load).
Flexible Input Wiring
It works with single-channel or dual-channel control, with short-circuit and earth-fault monitoring. LEDs show the relay status, and control cables can run up to 1,000 m (0.75 mm²).
