Design and Performance
Push-Down Spring Discharge Actuation
Operated by pushing the operating handle down, which raises a piston and compresses an internal spring, the L5P-L automatically discharges a metered oil dose into the system when the handle is released.
Viscosity-Independent Discharge
Because discharge volume is governed by the spring-return piston mechanism, oil viscosity does not affect the discharge volume — though it may affect system pressure, giving predictable dosing across a wide 150–8,000 SSU viscosity range.
Adjustable, Precise Dosing
Output volume is adjustable from 1 to 5 cc per stroke, allowing the discharge to be fine-tuned to match the specific lubrication demand of the connected system.
