Equipped with memory for up to 256 distinct positioning data points, the AZD-AD driver enables sophisticated motion sequence profiles without taxing a master PLC. Using the proprietary MEXE02 support software, engineers can program complex positioning operations, continuous speed changes, push-motion profiles, loop operations, and event jumps. Additionally, its robust internal thermal monitor outputs fault diagnostic safety alerts to guard against overheating, overvoltage, or prolonged loop-out overloads.
