Flexible Operation and Reversible Contact Logic
The NKP-24016 features a highly adaptable contact layout that accommodates both normally open (N/O) and normally closed (N/C) electrical signal architectures. Rather than needing a distinct part number, the user can easily reverse the switch function by simply rotating the device body 180 degrees about its horizontal axis during mounting. The internal hermetically sealed reed switch changes state reliably as the hinged magnetic float rises or falls past the point of installation.
Compact Maintenance-Free Construction
Designed explicitly for space-constrained tank configurations—particularly where top or bottom access is limited or completely blocked—the compact float assembly extends only 2.68 inches into the vessel wall. Thanks to its streamlined mechanical layout and factory-sealed design, the switch operates completely maintenance-free. It includes a heavy-duty 6-meter PVC-clad connection cable to support straightforward, long-distance wiring to industrial PLCs, control rooms, or alarm indicator panels.
